Sweet Modak



  • Rice flour: 250 gm
  • Water: 500 ml
  • Sugar: 100 gm
  • Strawberry pulp: 100 ml
  • Ghee: 25 gm


  • Take a heavy bottom pan, add ghee, strawberry pulp, sugar, and boil with water.
  • Once water reached hot, add rice flour mix it well till lumps is realising.
  • Make a dumplings out it, steam it with help steamer.
  • And assemble according to picture and serve.
