- Chicken Breast or thigh :- 250 gms
- Freshly ground pepper :- 5 gms
- Lemon :- 5 ml
- Salt :- as required
- Oil :- 15 ml
- Turmeric powder :- 1 gm
- Ginger garlic paste :- 25 gms
- Coriander leaves :- 15 gms
- Green chilli paste :- 15 gms
- Clean the chicken breast or leg free of any fat. Make a marination of all remaining ingredients. Coat the chicken pieces with the marination & leave it for an hour.
- Skewer the marinated chicken pieces & grill it till the desired cooking is obtained.
