  • 1/2 tsp ci

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

For Topping:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2-3 chopped oatmeal cream pies (for perfect garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Crush oatmeal cream pies into fine crumbs.
  • Mix with melted butter, press into the base of a springform pan.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool.

2. Make the Filling

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add sour cream, eggs (one at a time), vanilla, cinnamon, and cream. Mix well.

3. Bake the Cheesecake

  • Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Turn off oven, crack the door, and cool for 1 hour.

4. Chill & Garnish

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
  • Top with whipped cream and chopped oatmeal cream pies before serving.

 Method 2 – No-Bake Oatmeal Cream Pie Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 10 crushed oatmeal cream pies
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream

Topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • 2 oatmeal cream pies (cut into small pieces to use as a garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust
